Their expertise lies in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and suitability. Rodrigo has managed teams and worked closely with engineering sections to prepare designs, specifications, and cost estimates for capital improvement projects. Rodrigo holds degrees in Civil Engineering and Sanitary Engineering, as well as a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
