Antònia Olivares Hortal

Antonia Olivares Hortal has extensive experience in legal advisory roles, currently serving as the executive director of legal advisory at Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa since September 1995. Positions held include member of the Commission for Violence Prevention, specialist in data protection on the Clinical Research Ethics Committee, legal secretary of the Council of Government, and responsible for legal advisory matters, focusing on health law, institutional data protection, and public procurement in healthcare. In addition to roles at Consorci Sanitari de Terrassa, Antonia has been a legal advisor and educator at Fundación Joan Costa i Roma since 2011, contributing to publications and teaching on health law and public contracting.
