Dean Kpere-Daibo serves as the Chairman and Commissioner of the City of Saint Louis Civil Service Commission since October 2021. Current roles also include Partner and Co-Chair of the Traditional Labor Practice Group at Constangy, a position held since April 2021. Kpere-Daibo previously practiced as a Partner and Associate Attorney at McMahon Berger from March 2011 to April 2021 and as an Associate Attorney at Pitzer Snodgrass, P.C. from November 2010 to March 2011, focusing on civil defense litigation. Early career experience includes a Law Clerk position at the Arkansas Municipal League (May 2009 - May 2010) with a specialization in employment litigation. Kpere-Daibo obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2007.
