Veera Anantha has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and industries. Veera is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Constant Therapy Health, a digital health company focused on developing solutions for individuals with speech, memory, cognition, and neurological disorders. In this role, Veera oversees the development and implementation of their mobile app and NeuroPerformance Engine, which provide personalized therapy to patients at home. Under their leadership, the platform has delivered over 100 million exercises to patients worldwide, making it the largest real-world brain rehabilitation database.

Prior to their current role, Veera served as the CTO and President of The Learning Corp from June 2017 to July 2020. Veera also founded Constant Therapy Inc. in 2013 and served as the CEO until May 2017. Constant Therapy Inc. aimed to use mobile technology, big-data analytics, and evidence-based therapies to improve the lives of individuals with cognitive and speech disorders. Through the Constant Therapy mobile app, Veera and their team provided therapy to tens of thousands of patients and clinicians globally.

Before their ventures in the digital health industry, Veera held various roles at Motorola Solutions. Veera was the Director of Enterprise Networking and Communications from August 2010 to January 2013, where they developed consumer-facing products to enhance in-store shopping experiences. Veera also served as the Director of Operations and Engineering at Motorola from January 2006 to July 2010.

Prior to their time at Motorola, Veera was the VP Engineering at Wireless Valley Communications, which was later acquired by Motorola. Veera also worked as a Wireless Architect and Project Manager at Intrinsity, which was acquired by Apple Inc. Additionally, Veera began their career at Motorola as a Lead Engineer from June 1996 to July 2001.
