Gernot Reckendorfer

Gernot Reckendorfer has a wealth of experience in the field of Human Resources, currently holding the position of Head of Group Compensation & Benefits and HR Manager Group at Constantia Flexibles since December 2014. Prior to this role, Gernot worked in various positions within the same company, starting as a Trainee Human Resources and progressing to Compensation & Benefits Specialist and eventually Head of Group Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics. Gernot also gained practical experience through various internships at Diverse Praktika from 2010 to 2014.
