Rosella Dang

Rosella Dang currently serves as the Head of People & Office Management at Constellation Brands New Zealand & Australia, with a focus on culture change, strategic business partnering, talent acquisition, and leadership coaching. With a wealth of experience in organizational development, Rosella has previously held positions such as Head of OD & People Services, Organizational Development Manager, and HR Business Partner, showcasing expertise in employee capability development, engagement initiatives, and diversity and inclusion strategies. Prior roles include Senior HR Advisor at Bayer and HR Advisor at Compass Group, along with significant experience at Johnson & Johnson and British American Tobacco in various HR capacities. Rosella holds a PGDM in Finance from Massey University and a BA in Marketing from Truòng Dai hoc Dan Lap Van Lang.
