Dee Torres

Dee Torres is a seasoned professional in Talent Acquisition with extensive experience leading recruitment teams across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at Constellation since February 2022, Dee is focused on implementing a diversified talent sourcing strategy. Prior to this role, Dee held several leadership positions at Exelon, including Director of Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included executing talent acquisition strategies, managing high-volume recruitment, and ensuring policy compliance. Dee’s career began in human resources at AAR Corp, where foundational skills in employee lifecycle management were developed. Dee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois Chicago.
