Scott N. Shepherd

Scott Shepherd is an accomplished professional in the insurance and finance sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Risk Officer, and Head of US M&A and Reinsurance at Constellation Insurance, Inc. since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Ohio National Financial Services, where Scott held positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Corporate Actuary, and Vice President and Head of Valuation from June 2019 to January 2024. At Voya Financial, Scott served as Managing Actuary following the rebranding from ING, where Scott worked from June 1998 to April 2014 as an Actuary.
