Mathias Goldmann

Mathias Goldmann has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Mathias is currently the Founder and CEO of exTerra Ventures, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an IC & Mentor at Launchpool Web3 Techstars starting from January 2022.

Mathias also has experience in the blockchain industry. Mathias co-founded Constellation Network in 2017 and served as the Co-Founder & Strategic Advisor and later as the Co-Founder & COO until May 2023. Constellation Network is known for its scalable blockchain protocol and its partnership with the US Federal government.

In addition to their involvement in Constellation Network, Mathias also co-founded and served as the COO of Lattice Exchange, a decentralized finance (DeFi) solution that operates on the Constellation Hypergraph. Furthermore, Mathias worked as a Worldwide IT Trainer & Development Consultant for the Freudenberg Group, where they provided IT training and development consulting services for Fortune 500 clients in the automotive OEM industry.

Earlier in their career, Mathias worked as a Consultant/Auditor Banking & Real Estate at PwC, focusing on financial assets audit and consulting for Fortune 500 banks. Mathias also had experience at the European Central Bank as an IT Training Manager, managing procurement, organization, and logistics for training department needs.
