Jeanne Oger

Jeanne Oger is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Constellium, a position Jeanne has held since September 2022. Prior to that, Jeanne worked at Naval Group from January 2020 to September 2022 as the Directrice Rémunération et Avantages sociaux (C&B), Mobilité Internationale. Jeanne also has extensive experience in compensation and benefits roles at Naval Group from December 2012 to January 2020 and at LHH France from September 2003 to November 2012. Jeanne holds a DEA in Evaluation Stratégique des Systèmes et des Organisations from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and a Maitrise in Economie from the same university.
