Tom Slone

Tom Slone has extensive experience in the aluminum manufacturing industry, holding various leadership roles at Constellium since January 2003, including Autonomous Production Unit Manager for both Plate and Coil Processing Group, and Director of EHS & Security. Responsibilities include managing EHS staff and security teams that serve crucial emergency response functions, as well as developing contingency plans for labor disputes. Prior to Constellium, Tom served as General Manager at Ormet Aluminum and held multiple positions at Ormet Aluminum Mill Products Corp, where Tom was identified as a high-potential employee in a development program. Tom holds a Master's degree in Safety Management from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Fairmont State University.
