Tracy Madison

Tracy Madison is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Constituent Services Worldwide Public Benefit Corporation since November 2018. Tracy has previously held the position of Senior Vice President at SGR, where leadership development and HR compliance were primary focuses, and has experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix, teaching critical skills to adult learners. Other roles include Director of Organizational Effectiveness at Dallas College, where extensive organizational change strategies were implemented, and a range of HR management roles across various companies, such as CareNow, TMI Leadership Consulting, Motel 6, and Wal-Mart Corporation. Tracy holds a Master’s degree in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Communication from Jackson State University.
