Khalil Ur Rahman Frics

Khalil Ur Rahman FRICS is an experienced professional in the field of surveying and valuation. Currently serving as a RICS Registered Valuer and undertaking APC Assessments for the Valuation Pathway at RICS since December 2012, Khalil also assesses APC candidates across multiple pathways in the capacity of APC Chair and Assessor. As the Managing Director of ECOHDS Chartered Surveyors, established in October 2006, Khalil specializes in planning and development appraisals, construction management, and property valuation. Khalil actively contributes to the Chartered Institute of Building as a Professional Conduct Committee Member and previously served as a Fellow from 2007 to 2011. In addition, Khalil advises on diversity issues with the Construction Industry Council, leads initiatives for Sustainable Islam, and has held various managerial positions throughout the career, including Senior Development Manager at North Hertfordshire Homes. Khalil has a strong academic background, holding multiple qualifications in housing and management from reputable institutions.
