Gerard Courtney

Gerard Courtney has over 15 years of work experience in various roles within the construction and financial industries. Gerard recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Construction Sciences starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Controller and Business Analyst at the same company. Gerard also has experience as a Project Manager at Cardno Construction Sciences and as a Finance Associate at Brookfield GRS. Gerard started their career as a CMT Technician at Cardno before progressing to roles such as Laboratory Manager and Management Accountant. Gerard also worked as an Accountant at Oncore Group.

Gerard Courtney completed the CPA program at CPA Australia from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, they attended the University of the Sunshine Coast, obtaining a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
