Elchin Mammadov

Elchin Mammadov has over two decades of extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as the Head of HR & Administration Department at CNIM Azerbaijan since September 2011. Prior to this role, Elchin held various leadership positions at Azersun Holding, including HR Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR departments for up to 6000 employees, developing HR systems, recruiting an average of 400 new employees annually, and implementing performance management systems. Elchin's early career began in HR roles, progressively advancing through positions such as Recruitment Manager and HR Senior Specialist, demonstrating a strong commitment to professional development and efficient HR practices. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in CHRM from CIPD and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Qafqaz Universiteti.
