Tatjana Samaey

Tatjana Samaey has extensive experience in the construction sector, primarily with Constructiv since October 2016, where responsibilities include the roles of Directeur Vlaanderen and Regiomanager West-Vlaanderen. With a focus on the sectoral collective labor agreements (CAO's) for construction workers, Tatjana plays a critical role in translating policies into local actions in collaboration with social partners. Prior to Constructiv, Tatjana worked as a Regiomanager at fvb-ffc Constructiv from May 2001 to October 2016, overseeing provincial implementations of CAO guidelines and managing a team. Early career experience includes roles as an architect, artwork creator, and advisor on construction training from September 1996 to May 2001. Tatjana holds a degree in architecture from LUCA School of Arts, completed in 1996.
