Tom Reynaud

Tom Reynaud is an experienced professional specializing in international relations and public affairs. Currently serving as Conseiller Service Etudes at Constructiv since September 2021, Tom has previously held roles such as Administrative Assistant at Croix-Rouge de Belgique during the Covid-19 vaccination efforts, and Research Executive at Kantar Public, where responsibilities included coordinating multinational surveys for clients such as the European Commission and World Bank. Previous experience also includes working as a Policy Advisor for the Economic Department of the French Embassy in the Netherlands, focusing on economic strategies and external communications, as well as serving as a Junior Policy Advisor for the General Directorate of Public Finance, where analysis of international tax evasion was a key responsibility.
