Jaimie Lafferty

Jaimie Lafferty, MS, RD, CLC, is a registered dietitian with extensive experience in nutritional assessment and care. Currently serving as a Registered Dietitian at Project Renewal, Jaimie develops and reviews menus for approximately 22 shelters in New York City, ensuring compliance with NYC nutritional standards. As a Community Registered Dietitian for Constructive Partnerships Unlimited, Jaimie conducts assessments for individuals with neurodevelopmental disabilities and participates in interdisciplinary team reviews to provide comprehensive nutritional care. Previous roles include providing nutrition insights through webinars at Face2Face Health, teaching assistant and research assistant positions at the University of Delaware, and working as a WIC Nutritionist and Lactation Counselor. Jaimie holds a master's degree in Human Nutrition and a graduate certificate in Dietetics from the University of Delaware.
