Camila Parra

Camila Parra is currently the Deputy Manager of Administration & Finance at Constructora L y D S.A. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Commercial for Banco de Chile's Real Estate and Construction sector from July 2013 to August 2018. In this role, they managed and attended to the portfolio of Banco de Chile's corporate real estate and construction clients. Camila also analyzed financial and technical information related to the real estate and construction sector, presented and approved credits in committees, advised clients, and worked in teams with different internal areas of the bank.

Before their work at Banco de Chile, Parra was the National Director of Design and Engineering at TECHO-Chile from January 2010 to June 2013. In this role, they oversaw and controlled the more than 50 professionals who made up the Housing Department throughout the country, through more than 100 housing projects. With a focus on improving project management to improve decision-making processes. In addition to specific monitoring of engineering projects, from soil mechanics, topography, sanitation projects, paving and rainwater, among others.

The work consisted of developing projects from land search, coordination of design of specialties and architecture, application to the Housing Solidarity Fund of the Ministry of Housing and Urbanism, closing of contracts with construction companies, visits to the works, reception of them and later post-sales and registration.
