Harlley Oliveira has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as the Gerente de Engenharia at Construtora Terraco since August 2020, focusing on competitive bidding processes and construction oversight. Prior roles include Gerente de Contrato for major infrastructure projects at Gerdau and AngloGold Ashanti, along with significant positions at Salum Construcoes, Paineira Engenharia, and Dan Hebert Engenharia S.A. Harlley also held various roles in engineering and contract management at Construtora Terraço and Vale, contributing to numerous significant projects in mining and civil construction.
