Brian Howard

Brian Howard is an experienced engineering professional specializing in construction management, particularly within the aviation and transportation sectors. Currently serving as a Resident Engineer at Consultant Engineering, Inc. since April 2016, Brian is responsible for overseeing airport and roadway projects, managing inspection staff, and ensuring compliance with construction specifications. Prior to this role, Brian spent over two decades at WSP / Parsons Brinckerhoff as a Resident Engineer, gaining extensive experience in the construction and rehabilitation of various infrastructure projects. Additional experience includes a role as Structures Construction Inspector for the California Department of Transportation and a brief tenure as a Surveyor at Granite Construction. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Northern Arizona University and has completed the Officer's Basic Course as a 2nd Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve.
