Kimberly Gray began their professional experience in 2009 as a Media Management Internship at Cumulus Broadcasting. During their time there, they learned under senior management to understand the importance of online branding through social media, and was an integral part of the team that marketed WOKQ events such as their Cancer Walk, five separate concerts, and other promotional activities. In 2012, Gray started working as an Account Manager at Consumer Fusion. In this role, they worked directly with clients to create unique campaigns to optimize their web presence, bringing businesses to the digital age by establishing and creating mobile websites for each client. Gray also met and exceeded expectations in all stages of the client's account, including number of welcomed clients, percentage of clients retained, number of disputed reviews, and mobile websites created. Additionally, they maintained and expanded relationships with existing clients, developed relationships with loyal clients, and provided feedback to enhance the quality of service.
Kimberly Gray attended the University of New Hampshire from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Communication and Media Studies. Kimberly also attended the Thompson School of Applied Science from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General.
