Stephanie Balderrama (Bell)

Stephanie (Bell) Balderrama is the President of Consumer Insights Group, a position held since December 2007, where expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies is utilized to help major corporations develop successful new products, services, and brands. Prior to this role, Stephanie served as the Director of Market Research at AOL from November 1995 to December 2007, leading user interface and strategic development research for multiple versions of AOL. Stephanie's career also includes experience with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in guest services and forecasting between 1993 and 1995. Stephanie holds a degree from The George Washington University.
