Manijeh Poorahrab

Manijeh Poorahrab is an experienced Lead Accountant at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since January 2013, specializing in maintaining data integrity within the OBI Financial System and serving as the System Security Officer. Manijeh has contributed significantly to the implementation of the Delphi R12 Financial System and WebTA, participating in various testing phases and disaster recovery planning. Additionally, Manijeh manages the Agency Financial Report project, which received the CEAR award for excellence in accountability reporting. Prior to this role, Manijeh was a Review Accountant at the Department of Treasury, focusing on consolidating financial reports and providing guidance to federal agencies. Earlier experience includes auditing at Clifton Gunderson LLP and contracting for the National Institutes of Health. Manijeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
