René Quashie

René Quashie has extensive experience in the field of digital health and telemedicine. René is currently serving as the Vice President, Digital Health at the Consumer Technology Association since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked at Cozen O'Connor as a Member, focusing on regulatory compliance, reimbursement, coverage, and policy issues related to telemedicine, digital health, and related technology solutions. René also worked at the Center for Telehealth and eHealth Law as a Member of the Legal Resource Team from 2009 to 2018. René Quashie was a Senior Counsel at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C, and a Regulatory Counsel/Government Relations Director at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP. René began their career as an Underwriter at Prudential Property & Casualty.

René Quashie holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from The George Washington University Law School. Furthermore, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Zoology from Arizona State University.
