George McKenzie II

George McKenzie II is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in civil and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as Senior Engineer II at Consumers Energy since April 2012, George provides engineering support for capital projects, including report reviews, engineering calculations, and proposal preparations. Prior to this role, George was Vice President at NTH Consultants, Ltd. for 14 years, where responsibilities included planning and managing geotechnical investigations for various projects and conducting sewer assessments. Earlier experience includes a position as a staff engineer at Civic Engineering, focusing on site development designs, and a co-op role at the Michigan Department of Transportation, working on design survey crews.
