Shane Herbert

Shane Herbert is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Consumers Energy since October 2011. In this role, Shane specializes in Product and Agile Transformations, Disaster Recovery, Ransomware recovery planning, and IT Asset Management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment. Prior positions at Consumers Energy include Manager of infrastructure delivery teams and BI Manager, where Shane led initiatives in cloud solutions and agile BI reporting, respectively.
