Swapnil Chodanker

Swapnil Chodanker has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of procurement and supply chain management. Starting as an Assistant Manager at Reliance Energy Limited in 2008, they later worked at Siemens as a Management Intern in 2012 and then as a Buying Professional in Strategic Sourcing from 2015 to 2019. Swapnil then took on the role of Head of Supply Chain Management at Kineco Kaman Composites India Private Limited from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director Global Sourcing at Consus Global, where they collaborate with customers globally on procurement transformations and strategic sourcing. Throughout their career, Swapnil has worked with customers across various countries and industries.

Swapnil Chodanker completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Goa University in 2004-2008. Swapnil then pursued a PGDM specializing in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Goa Institute of Management during 2011-2013. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Web Designing at NIIT in 2001, SQME from Siemens in 2015, and a Six Sigma Green Belt from Goa Institute of Management.
