Aileen Ging

Aileen Ging is a seasoned professional in the events and sustainability sectors, currently serving as the Sustainable Operations Lead at Wild Rumpus CIC since January 2016. In this role, Aileen oversees the operational and technical delivery of several prominent projects, including the Timber Festival and the Just So Festival, while also leading company sustainability initiatives. Aileen's extensive experience includes roles as a Production Assistant, Stage Manager, and Technical Crew member for various productions and events across different organizations, including Contact Theatre, Manchester International Festival, and Art with Heart. Aileen holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama with English from Loughborough University and is currently pursuing a Master's in Sustainability and Adaptation at the Centre for Alternative Technology.
