Euan Matthews

Euan Matthews has a strong background in strategy and innovation, with their most recent role being Director of AI & Innovation at ContactEngine. Prior to that, they were an MBA student at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Before pursuing their MBA, Euan worked as a Manager at Kepler Associates and as a Reward Consultant at EDF Energy. Euan also gained experience in compensation and benefits analysis as a Compensation & Benefits Analyst, EMEA at CBRE and as a Reward Analyst at Barclays. Euan began their career at Barclays as an HR graduate.

Euan Matthews pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Geography at the University of St Andrews from 2001 to 2005. Afterward, they undertook a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General, at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, from 2015 to 2016.
