Our People Operations Manager reports to the Director of People and will be the first of this position within the organization. A successful People Operations Manager is excited by the challenge and impact of building people programs in a fast-growing, startup environment. In being different, our People Operations Manager has a personal and authentic approach to people strategy while leaning into best practices they have collected along the way. You love to solve problems and don't typically say “no”, rather, “how?” In being curious and customer obsessed, we love to stay close to the employee journey so that we are the voice of the employee from onboarding through until offboarding.

As our People Operations Manager, you partner with the People team to build a memorable place to work with the goal of elevating our employees to their highest potential. Your superpower is to solve people-puzzles while delivering outstanding customer service to our employees and business leaders.
