Zack Seibert

Zack Seibert has extensive work experience in various roles related to managing and architecting software solutions. Zack is currently the Vice President of Professional Services at Contegix, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Adaptavist as a Senior Technical Partner Manager, Managing Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Solutions Architect from August 2020 to June 2022. Before joining Adaptavist, Zack worked at Go2Group as a Solutions Architect for two years, where they designed, built, and supported custom solutions for organizations. Zack'searliest role was at Trifecta Technologies, Inc., where they worked as a Systems Administrator and Systems Administrator Intern from May 2010 to June 2018. At Trifecta Technologies, they achieved notable accomplishments like maintaining the Atlassian stack, implementing Jira Service Desk and Asset Management systems, and rebuilding the VMWare Horizon View infrastructure. It is also worth noting that they obtained the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification during their time at Trifecta Technologies.

Zack Seibert's education history begins with their attendance at Lehigh Carbon Community College from 2008 to 2009. During this time, they pursued an associate degree in Communication and Media Studies. Subsequently, they enrolled at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, where they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on Information Technology Management from 2009 to 2012.

- Atlassian Certified Jira Cloud Administrator (ACP-JCA) and Atlassian Certified in Managing Jira Cloud Projects (ACP-MJCP) from Atlassian, obtained in September 2020.

- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in August 2019.

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance, obtained in May 2019.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) from Amazon Web Services, obtained in August 2018.

- Atlassian Certified Master, Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator (ACP-JSD), Atlassian Certified in Jira Project Administration (AC-JPA), Atlassian Certified in Agile Development with Jira Software (ACP-JSW), and Atlassian Certified System Administrator (ACP-SA), all obtained between December 2017 and March 2018.
