Nathalie Greene

Nathalie Greene is the current Chief Financial Officer at Contego Medical. Prior to their current position, Greene served as Vice President of Finance at nContact, Inc. from June 2008 to May 2016. During their time at nContact, Inc., Greene was responsible for investor and board relations, financial modeling and analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, and inventory planning. Greene was a key member in 4 rounds of venture financing, which resulted in an equity raise in excess of $40M. Additionally, Greene negotiated and closed contracts for equity financings, key suppliers, customers, international and domestic distributors, debt, facilities, and physician contracts.

Greene was integral in the sale of nContact, Inc. to AtriCure, Inc. in Oct 2015. During the acquisition process, Greene presented financials and forecasts during discussions with potential acquirers. After the successful sale, Greene worked with AtriCure management to integrate financial operations, inventory, sales, customer and physician contracts, and benefit plans.

Throughout their career, Greene has demonstrated their expertise in systems implementation with ERP-Syspro, Concur, and Avatax. Nathalie Greene is a highly accomplished finance executive with over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry.

Nathalie Greene completed their BS Management/Accounting at Hartwick College. Nathalie then went on to get their certification from North Carolina CPA in Certified Public Accountant.
