James K. McLennan III

James K. McLennan III has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several decades. James K. started their career as a Senior Accountant at Thomas Havey & Co. CPA in 1982, where they provided audit and tax services to various organizations in the Washington, D.C. area. In 1985, McLennan joined Stewart Enterprises as Vice President of the Eastern Division, where they successfully coordinated and supervised the financial and administrative growth of the division. James K. played a pivotal role in overseeing every acquisition, designing and implementing financial and administrative systems, and managing a large staff spread across multiple locations. McLennan later served as Vice President of Shared Services at Stewart Enterprises, where they designed a new accounting and administrative system that consolidated operation centers into one location. James K. also led a company-wide initiative to improve employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and profitability, implementing a system called Performance Based Leadership. In 2009, McLennan worked as a Consultant at James K. McLennan III CPA, offering their expertise in various consulting projects. Most recently, in 2016, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Content Bloom.

James K. McLennan III attended the University of Maryland, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior to their university education, they studied at Douglas Freeman High School in Richmond, Virginia.
