Adriana Soliz is an experienced professional in customer success with a strong background in enhancing client satisfaction and engagement across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Customer Success at Contentful since July 2019, Adriana has progressed through multiple roles within the organization, including Manager and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes the role of Customer Success Manager at Streak, where direct client interaction focused on improving user experience within Gmail, as well as Customer Support Manager at Keen IO, emphasizing customer happiness.
