Hailey Peek

Hailey Peek is an accomplished professional in design operations and program management with extensive experience in various leading tech companies. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Design Operations at Contentful since December 2022, Hailey previously held the role of Staff Design Operations Manager. During a brief tenure at Mozilla, contributions were made as Product Producer for the Firefox desktop and mobile teams. At Squarespace, Hailey excelled as a Sr. Design Program Manager, focusing on UX Content Strategy, UX Research, and internal design systems. Prior experience at Google involved multiple roles, including UX Program Manager for the Assistant Personality and Material Design teams.
