Silvia de la Torre Diaz

Silvia de la Torre Diaz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach and Mentor at The Mentoring Club since February 2023, Silvia also holds the position of Engineering Manager at Contentful since August 2021. Previous roles include Software Engineering Manager at Babbel GmbH and Merlin, and Head of Engineering at M&M Travel Group, where Silvia facilitated partnerships and digital transformation initiatives. Silvia's experience extends to the role of CTO at Undertrail/GDX TRAVEL, focusing on disruptive technologies in the travel industry, as well as significant contributions as a Programming University Lecturer at Universidad de los Andes, mentoring students in problem-solving and technical skills.
