Gaia Groppi

Gaia Groppi has a strong work experience in various HR roles. Gaia is currently working as an HR Operations Senior at Contents.com since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Casavo as an HR Operations Specialist from January 2022 to October 2022 and as an HR Generalist from May 2021 to December 2021. Gaia also has experience as an HR Generalist at LasiGroup EMS from May 2020 to April 2021 and as an HR Specialist at ICAP-SIRA Chemicals and Polymers SpA from January 2017 to April 2020. Before entering the HR field, Gaia worked as an Italian Lecturer Assistant at the University of Dundee from January 2013 to June 2013.

Gaia Groppi has a diverse educational background. Gaia obtained a CAE (Cambridge Advanced English) Certification in June 2013. Gaia then pursued their higher education at Dundee and Angus College from 2012 to 2013, where they took an English class and received certification. From 2013 to 2017, Groppi attended Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca, where they studied Scienze dell'Organizzazione e dell'Amministrazione (Organization and Administration Sciences) with a focus on Sociology. Their education continued at 24ORE Business School from 2018 to 2019, where they obtained a degree as an HR Specialist in the field of HR.
