Estelle Houis-Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Estelle started their career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at Arkema in 1999 and held that position until 2004. Estelle then joined Murex as a Sales and Operations Manager, where they worked for seven years from 2004 to 2011.

In 2012, they moved to Vocalcom and took on the role of Sales Administration Manager Group. During their time there, they were responsible for building and maintaining dashboards and KPIs to provide actionable visibility and transparency for sales and sales management. Estelle also handled the administration of the Salesforce (SFDC) instance, designing, documenting, building, testing, and deploying enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, workflows, reports, and complex dashboards.

In 2014, they adjusted the CRM configuration at Vocalcom to improve the internal process of monitoring from offline data to online follow-up exclusively from Salesforce. Estelle continued in Vocalcom till 2016, serving as the Global Sales Operations Manager and working on various tasks related to improving sales processes and enhancing Salesforce.

Since 2016, Estelle has been working at Contentsquare. Estelle initially took on the role of Sales and Marketing Operations Manager and then transitioned to the position of Head of Sales Operations in September 2018.
