️Sylvain Cousquer

Sylvain Cousquer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. ♠️Sylvain is currently serving as the Director of Engineering - 360 Experience at Contentsquare since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at AXA en France as an Engineering Manager from March 2020 to November 2020.

Before their time at AXA, Sylvain held significant positions at Andjaro, where they were the Chief Technology Officer from November 2018 to March 2020 and the Head of Engineering from July 2018 to November 2018. During their tenure at Andjaro, Sylvain was responsible for building and strengthening an international engineering team, establishing technical vision and strategies, and empowering teams. ♠️Sylvain also handled product management and hired and developed new team members.

Prior to Andjaro, Sylvain worked at Talentsoft as an IPaaS Manager from October 2017 to July 2018. Their responsibilities included building infrastructure for transforming TalentSoft into an open and interconnected HR Platform. Additionally, they served as the Manager R&D - Tribe Leader at Talentsoft from April 2016 to July 2018, where they managed a part of the Research & Development department and implemented improvements in IT management processes.

Sylvain's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB from February 2014 to April 2016. ♠️Sylvain also served as a Senior Software Engineer at DGSE - Direction Générale de la Sécurité Extérieure from April 2013 to February 2014.

Additionally, Sylvain has worked at Dassault Systemes as a Lead Software Engineer - IDE Team from June 2010 to April 2013 and as a Software Engineer - SCM Team from September 2007 to June 2010. Their first role after starting their career was as a Research Engineer at Institut Pasteur Korea from October 2004 to September 2007.

Sylvain Cousquer earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from IUT Montpellier II, where they studied from 1999 to 2001. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at ESIEE-IT from 2001 to 2003. Finally, Sylvain completed another Master's degree in Image Processing and Computer Science at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC) from 2003 to 2004.
