Orm Verberne

Orm Verberne is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in senior management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Group CEO of conTeyor since March 2019, Orm has previously held positions such as Managing Director EMEA at PQ Corporation, where responsibilities included integration and restructuring efforts. As CEO of Sovitec International from 2014 to 2017, Orm led significant company turnaround initiatives and facilitated its sale to PQ Corporation. Prior roles include Vice President Europe at Twin Disc Inc. and various management positions at Valmont Industries Inc., where achievements included profit center management and implementation of strategic initiatives. Orm's career also features early roles at SCA Packaging and a tenure as a Reserve Officer in the Royal Netherlands Navy. Orm's education includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Twente and various executive education programs from prestigious institutions.
