Maksims Šišovs

Maksims Šišovs has had a varied career in data science. Maksims began in 2015 as an MEDOW Project Intern at GE Renewable Energy. In 2016, they were a Data Analytics Intern at Minsait, where they developed a potential business case for a Spanish utility company, earning an A with honors. Maksims then moved to EY as a Data Scientist and Junior Consultant. In 2018, they joined Accenture as a Senior Data Scientist and Consultant, where they worked on supply chain end-to-end analytics solutions, such as demand forecasting and predictive maintenance. Most recently, they joined Contiamo as a Senior Data Scientist in 2022.

Maksims Šišovs has an education history that spans from 2011 to 2016. In 2011, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Power Engineering from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University). In 2013 and 2014, they participated in the Erasmus Exchange Mobility Programme at the University of Pardubice, studying Electrical Engineering. From 2014 to 2016, they obtained a Master's degree in Smart Electrical Networks and Systems from EIT InnoEnergy. In 2015, they also attended a Summer School at Esade, studying Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Additionally, they have a certification in Machine Learning from Stanford University through Coursera.
