Dorothea Graddy

Dorothea Graddy has extensive experience in environmental and safety management, currently serving as the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager and Global Environmental Engineer at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ since February 1998, overseeing facilities in Mobile, Fairhope, Miami, and Germany. In addition to engineering roles, Dorothea holds various leadership positions within Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, including Financial Secretary, Chaplain, and Historian, with prior experience as Assistant Financial Secretary from January 2010 to December 2011. Dorothea Graddy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, completing studies in the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering from 1981 to 1986.
