Felicia Trigo

Felicia Trigo has extensive experience in customer account management and service within the building materials industry, currently serving as a Customer Account Specialist at CertainTeed Gypsum Manufacturing, Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Felicia held various positions, including Account Service Representative at Continental Building Products since September 2014 and Customer Value NE at Lafarge Gypsum from April 2002 to September 2014. Earlier in their career, Felicia worked in Environmental Risk Management at Fidelity National Title and as an Account Manager at Teleglobe. Felicia Trigo graduated from North Stafford High School, completing studies there from 1989 to 1993.
