Robert Leesmann

Robert Leesmann currently serves as the Area Terminal Manager for Continental Cement Co, overseeing operations at four distribution centers in the Northern Territory and managing a team of 26 employees. With a proven track record in law enforcement, Robert has previously worked as an Operations Manager and Law Enforcement Officer for the City of Crestwood, where exceptional community engagement and leadership were demonstrated. Additionally, Robert founded Rock Island Marketplace, successfully managing all aspects of the business and achieving significant growth. Robert's law enforcement career began in the City of Charlack, where a strong commitment to public safety was established. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Canterbury Christ Church University and has undergone extensive training at the Eastern Missouri Police Academy.
