Marty Koval has a strong background in sales and marketing management. Marty was the Director of Americas Sales at Continental Disc Corporation, where they were responsible for planning, directing, and managing inside and outside sales activities. Marty also initiated a performance evaluation and recovery plan program for underperforming sales representatives. Prior to that, Marty served as the Vice President of Sales at Specialty Products Inc, where they upgraded the sales force. Marty was also the Director of Global Sales at Helac Corporation, where they assembled a new outside sales force. Marty has experience as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Vapor Technologies and as the Director of Sales at Shindaiwa, Inc. Earlier in their career, they were a Product Manager at Case New Holland.
Marty Koval's education history begins in 1966, when they obtained their High School Diploma in College Preparatory Diploma from Fort Plain Central School. Marty then went on to pursue an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Agricultural Engineering from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville. Marty continued their education at Cornell University from 1971 to 1973, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agricultural Life Science. Later, from 1991 to 1993, Marty attended the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Operation Management.
