Anderson Baesa has over 30 years of work experience in the chemical industry. Anderson has held various roles in sales and marketing, with a focus on PVC, caustic soda, soda ash, and hydrogen peroxide. Anderson has experience in managing teams, developing strategies, and achieving revenue and growth targets. Anderson has worked in multiple countries, including Brazil, Argentina, and Chile, and has extensive experience in the South American market. Anderson is currently working as a Commercial Director at Continental Industries Group, Inc.

Anderson Baesa obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Colégio Pentágono in the years 1979 to 1982. Anderson then pursued further education at Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André, where they earned another Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from 1985 to 1988. Continuing their academic journey, Anderson enrolled at Centro Universitário UNA between 1991 and 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Foreign Trade degree. Finally, they completed an MBA in Administration at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2004 to 2007.
