Katy Hart is a seasoned professional in communication and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Communication & Community Engagement at The Krusteaz Company since December 2024. In this role, Katy is responsible for developing and maintaining the internal and external communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and community partnerships. Prior to this, Katy spent eight years as the Director of Marketing & Communications at The BoxMaker, where strategic oversight of marketing initiatives and team management were primary responsibilities. Katy's earlier roles include Marketing & Communications Manager at 4th Avenue Media, Senior Account Manager, and Graphic Designer as a self-employed professional. Katy began their career as an Intake Specialist at Catholic Community Services. Katy holds a BA in Design with a concentration in Graphic Design from Western Washington University, complemented by education at the School of Visual Concepts.
