Adam Giere

Adam is Vice President of Continental Hospitality Group. In this capacity, he is responsible for originating, underwriting and executing new hotel investment opportunities, as well as monitoring and devising strategies to maximize performance of existing portfolio investments.

Prior to joining CHG, Adam was Vice President of Investments at Rockbridge, a hospitality-focused private equity firm. Adam's 10+ years of hospitality transaction experience encompasses approximately $1.5B in total deal capitalization in which he was intimately involved in deal negotiations, business plan development, market and asset-level due diligence, and transaction closings. This broad experience set provides him with a unique market-view and ability to identify attractive risk-adjusted investment opportunities.

Adam grew up in Columbus and is a graduate of The Ohio State University. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, experiencing new restaurants, and finding ways to stay active outdoors.
