Jason Hockstok

Jason Hockstok joined Continental Real Estate in 2014 after spending nearly 19 years consulting as a civil engineer. He plays a key role within the development team leading the efforts of consultants across multiple disciplines from site engineering to landscape architecture. Jason acts as a liaison with the local utilities, planning and zoning commissions, city councils, and other government entities. He has years of experience serving as the project lead on a variety of projects ranging from retail outlets to grocery-anchored power centers to large mission-critical facilities for Fortune 50 companies. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio Northern University and is a registered engineer in the states of Ohio and Tennessee.
